Return & Exchange Policy – At Eshé


At Eshé, we design products with care and want you to feel good about every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a simple return and exchange process.


Return & Exchange Policy – Eshé

You can return or exchange items for free within 7 days of delivery, if the item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.


Only a one time return/exchange request is allowed per order.
To initiate a request, email us at eshe.label@gmail.com with your order details.
Return shipments must be sent to:

If 7 days have passed since delivery, we won’t be able to accept the request. Your understanding is appreciated.

 Exchange Policy

  • We accept exchanges if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • If you need a different size, we can arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
  • Once your exchange is processed, the replacement product will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • items purchased during sales, promotional events or with discount codes

    • customised, personalised, or made-to-order items

    • international orders

    All sale and discounted purchases are final.

Refunds & Store Credits:

  • We issue refunds as store credit only.

    • Store credit will be processed within 7 days of receiving and approving your returned item.

    • The credit will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

    • We do not offer cash refunds, bank transfers or card reversals.

 

Combo Return Policy

If returning part of a combo purchase, the refund will be processed as per the individual product price after discount adjustment. Similarly, if discounts were based on multiple-item purchases, they will be recalculated if partial returns are made.

International Orders

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on international orders once confirmed.

Duties & Taxes:

  • Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Cancellations

To cancel your order, please email us at eshe.label@gmail.com within 6 hours of placing it. We’ll try to cancel before it ships.


Note: Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Quality Check & Return Rejection

All returned items undergo a quality check.
We reserve the right to reject any item that:

  • shows signs of wear or damage

  • is missing tags or packaging

  • is not in original condition

Rejected returns will be sent back to the customer.

Eshé is not liable for loss or damage during return transit. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
