We dispatch most orders within one business day. Once shipped, deliveries usually reach you within 2 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

Free Shipping
Free shipping is automatically applied on all prepaid orders above ₹1499.

Order Processing and Delivery

• Orders placed before noon are usually packed and handed over to our courier partners on the same day.
• Delivery timelines vary by pin code and courier availability.
• Note: If the outer packaging has been tampered with, ripped, pressed, or is otherwise damaged, you can refuse acceptance of the delivery and write your comments on the proof of delivery (POD) slip that the delivery executive presents. 

Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, we may not be able to make changes as the order could already be processed.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them. Most orders move to shipping quickly, so we won’t be able to cancel an order once it has been processed or dispatched.

International Orders

International customers can place prepaid orders using the payment options available at checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, we will process and dispatch your order.

Standard international delivery takes 10–15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Customs & Duties
Customs duty, import taxes, or handling fees may apply based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid before delivery.
